Single-spindle automatic turning machine with sliding headstock and NC. Capacity up to 26 (32) mm

Tornos guarantees perfect adaptation of the DECO 26a to suit its customers' needs. Designed with simplicity in mind, the ergonomics combined with the extremely spacious machining area provide the optimal machining conditions.

Main advantages:

• Possible to work on the material using 4 tools at the same time
• 10 axes with independent counter-spindle and end unit attachment
• 21 tools, of which 15 are turning.  In addition C1 axes (spindle) and C4 axes (counter-spindle) can be added which further enhance its potential.
• Milling of inner / outer threads by whirling
• Polygon milling of flats or contours at the guide-bush
• Generating milling attachment for gears with length profile
• High-speed milling with HF 80,000 rpm spindle for machining complex shapes and Torx
• Deep drilling using high-pressure tip-type units at 120 and 340 bar
