Increase of share capital implemented

Tornos Holding SA informed on February 11, 2011 about the acquisition of patents and know-how for a new machine concept that will enable to surface-process machined parts. In the meantime the acquisition was finalized. In this context, on May 2, 2011, the share capital of the company was increased by 300'000 shares with a par value of CHF 4.50. The share capital of Tornos Holding SA amounts today to CHF 69'256'768.50 and is divided into 15'390'393 registered shares with a par value of CHF 4.50 each.
