Control system of axes incorporated in the machine (cam shafts and virtual electronic cams)

Kinematics:
the thread chasing systems are in a well ventilated machining area and provide the utmost simplicity when changing tools

The simultaneous running of the axes brings about rapid machining of both simple and complex parts. The kinematic design provides easy and quick access to all parts, thereby enhancing operating intervention and setting up work.

  • Main functions:
  • 5-position tool system (thread chasing type) for turning tools.
  • End unit with 3 positions combined with the 3-position tool system for bar turning operations.
  • End unit and counter-spindle on 3-axis unit.
  • Three independent back-operation stations
  • Turning in several stages and bar thread chasing without having to bring back the tailstock (like a fixed tailstock).
