Function
- Area Sales Manager Portugal and Galicia, non-executive position
- Customer Service and Spare parts coordinator (Coordination between our customer service from Spain and Switzerland with our Service agent) on Portuguese and Galician territories.
Position Mission
- Identify and develop new markets and customers
- Maintain good relations with customers
- Establish and monitor action plans based on the strategy and the budget
- Coordinate and monitor the Customer service together with our Service team and our local agent
Your responsibilities
- Participate in the creation of the sales strategy
- Follow action plans based on the sales strategy (market share, ABC customers etc.)
- Maintain good relationships with current and potential clients
- Participate and execute the sales budget
- Collect market and competition information
- Identify and develop new markets and customers
- Promote Tornos products and Services
- Promote Tornos, its image and reputation in the markets
- Know the sales procedures and tools
- Make sure the service given in the designated territory is giving satisfaction to our customers
Your profile
Education :
- Technical-commercial
- In-depth technical knowledge of the machine tool or surroundings (Cutting tools…etc)
- Mother tongue Portuguese, with excellent knowledge of Spanish, English or/and French
Additional training & requirements :
- Basic experience in the use of machines
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of common MS Office IT tools
- Ability to set priorities and meet objectives
- Ease in communication and customer contacts
- Good time management
- Driving license
- Ability to travel in Portugal, Spain and Europe
