We are looking for a Sales logistics assistant in the Sales & Marketing department and led by Business Systems and Digitalization in the first 9 -12 months in Moutier (Switzerland).

Your responsibilities

  • Assistance in the rolling sales planning process
  • Inventory and replenishment planning
  • Purchase order processing and follow-up
  • Invoice verification and claim management
  • Initiate and evaluate physical inventory counts
  • Reporting
  • Assistance in product phase-in/phase-out
  • Master data management
  • Preparing working and packing instructions
  • SAP KeyUser
  • Participation in projects

Your profile

  • Completed technical or commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience ideally in an industrial environment
  • Languages: E / F or D min level B1
  • Technical understanding and interest in logistics
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • SAP user knowledge is an advantage
  • Communicative
