One of our valued ICT team members will soon retire, and we are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and help us continue delivering high-quality ICT services. We are therefore looking for an ICT technical analyst specializing in Office 365 and Azure for our IT department in Moutier (Switzerland).
About the Role
As a Technical Analyst ICT – Office 365 and Azure-oriented, you will play a key role in enhancing collaboration tools within the Microsoft Office 365 and Azure platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, etc.). You will ensure governance rules are respected, provide user support, and contribute to implementing data protection concepts in the Microsoft Office 365 environment.
You will also help specify and implement IT tools supporting our various business units and participate in user support at levels 1 and 2 alongside the ICT team.
Your responsibilities
Office 365 Platform :
- Administration of SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, and OneDrive
- Deploy automation using Power Platform
- Enforce data security and governance concepts
- Provide Level 3 user support
- Continuous hardening based on Microsoft recommendations in collaboration with the CISO
Azure Platform :
- Manage entitlements and access packages (Entra ID)
- Support users during access reviews
- Develop and manage logic apps
- Continuous hardening based on Microsoft recommendations in collaboration with the CISO
Global ICT Support :
- Provide Level 1 and 2 user support
- Participate in on-call service (including weekends)
Your profile
Mandatory :
- French : Basic speaking skills, eager to progress
- English : B1 level (First Certificate equivalent)
- Proven experience managing Office 365 platform
- Programming/development skills
- CFC in ICT with at least 3 years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree in ICT (or equivalent)
Optional :
- German language skills
- Cybersecurity knowledge
- Project management experience
- Experience with AI and continuous deployment of Power Platform tools is a plus
