In view of the current events related to COVID-19, we would like to inform you of the measures taken to protect the health of our employees and partners, while guaranteeing deliveries to our customers.

Reinforced hygiene rules are applied within Tornos and we have implemented additional measures to limit the number of people present at the same time in each department (staggered working hours, teleworking, etc.), our work areas have been reorganized to limit contact as much as possible. Thus, our production and internal services remain fully operational. Our sales engineers, application technicians and product managers are always available by telephone or email.

As far as our supplies are concerned, we had largely anticipated and everything has been put in place to face this difficult period calmly with the guarantee of having all the necessary stocks of supplies and raw materials. Our stocks of machines are now in place and we are ready to serve you.

Coronavirus: extension of production shutdown in Switzerland

Dear customers, dear partners,

In view of the current health and economic situation, Tornos is again extending suspension of its production in Switzerland until the end of May 2020.. Since the suspension of our activities on March 23, 2020, the situation relating to the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has continued to deteriorate; Tornos has responded to this extraordinary situation by applying the directives implemented by the Swiss authorities.

In general, we remain at your disposal for any urgent questions. Tornos Service strives at all times to provide continuous, safe, and fast support to meet the needs of our customers worldwide while respecting health regulations and advisories. This will continue to be the case for the next two weeks and Tornos Service can be reached through the usual channels.

We hope to return to normal activity as soon as safely possible and we thank you all for your understanding.
